IRONSTILE

Software for shops that run on skill. Butcher first.

The shop’s whole day in one place. We white-glove the next two or three shops, then the kit is self-serve. James and Eric are not the shop’s IT department.

Already in that shop

A working butcher. Photos on the site are from that shop — not a mockup, and there is no login here.

Their shop site, a public price list, book a processing week · Farm shares and a waitlist · Check-in, a shop TV, weigh and labels, cut choices · Texts when it is ready · A phone app, The Line, card payments

We can stand this up from tools we already run

An easy first month. Not a custom OS. Not a promise to build anything.

Money in: A quote they can open and pay a deposit on · Cards online and at the counter
Talk to customers: Their own website and their own domain · Texts when something is booked, ready, or due · Email for the quote, the receipt, the confirmation · Follow, and a ping if the shop is out today
Run the day: Bookings, jobs, or a week on the book — plus hours · Check-in and a shop screen · Weigh, labels, and a shareable work ticket if they tag product · A phone app they can install · A QR and a simple flyer — loyalty if they want people back

Food trucks stay on Frontburner. Founding shops get white-glove on these bones, then the kit gets easier.

How this works

Raise a hand — butcher or another shop.
James or Eric call you back.
50% deposit. We white-glove you on the same app (usually 2–3 months).
You run the day: bookings, check-in, weigh and labels, farms and shares.
When the kit is easy enough, the next shops start themselves. Stay-with-us is optional.

Founding / white-glove build: $3,000–$8,000 depending on the shop. 50% to start. Pay the rest up front or split it over two or three months.
After you are live (optional): $399–$799/mo stay-with-us, or $149 + $250–$500 if you mostly run it yourself
Hourly if you just need a few hours: $125–$175, cap 4–8 hrs/mo
