How this works
- Raise a hand — butcher or another shop.
- James or Eric call you back.
- 50% deposit. We white-glove you on the same app (usually 2–3 months).
- You run the day: bookings, check-in, weigh and labels, farms and shares.
- When the kit is easy enough, the next shops start themselves. Stay-with-us is optional.
- Founding / white-glove build
- $3,000–$8,000 depending on the shop. 50% to start. Pay the rest up front or split it over two or three months.
- After you are live (optional)
- $399–$799/mo stay-with-us, or $149 + $250–$500 if you mostly run it yourself
- Hourly if you just need a few hours
- $125–$175, cap 4–8 hrs/mo
